nature of funding

Allocations are project funding or grants. They are not investments. The Pons Company does not offer returns, profit, equity, yield or any promise about token value.

submissions

Submitters confirm the accuracy of the information they provide. Misleading, duplicated or fraudulent submissions are removed.

review

Selection is discretionary. Support signals inform review but are not binding, unless a voting mechanism is explicitly enabled.

payments

A payment is reported only after a confirmed on-chain transaction exists. Prepared allocations are not payments.
